The Book of Espi

I packed my bags to begin my adventure. [10] I talked to Elder Guehring and asked for advice. [11] I talked to Jimbo the Blacksmith, and he told me of the spiders in his cellar. [12] The Tarantula Queen was vanquished, and Jimbo can now access his cellar again. [13] Jimbo gave me a nice shirt for clearing out the cellar. [14] I said my goodbyes to my family, and began my way out of the town. [15] I accepted Katoni's mission to find his amulet [16] I met the crazy old fortune teller in the city, and she told me of Kinomu's problem.. [20] I approached Kinomu and he told me of the key to the Water Temple that he lost. [21] I went into the Serpent's cavern and retrieved the key from the Leviathan guarding it. [22] I went to take the key to Kinomu, but a messenger told me that he had already left for the Water Temple. [23] I unsealed the door to the Water Temple and went in. [24] I defeated the monster at the Water Temple's pillar, and the Elemental Undine appeared to me.. [25] I freed Kinomu from his captive state. [26] I told the old lady about Kinomu and she advised me to go to the Fire Temple next. [29] I stopped at a small desert town, and found that the people there were like zombies. [30] I found an oasis, and a path leading into a hole. [31] Deep under the hole I found a monster sucking the souls of the people. [32] After defeating the monster, I returned to the town and received the Fire Temple's key as a reward. [33] I unsealed the entrance to the Fire Temple. [34] I made my way to the pillar in the back, and Kinomu appeared with a monster. [35] On my way out, Kinomu stopped me and apologized for his actions. He told me to seek out the Earth Temple next. [36] As I was passing through the Tolshroud Woods, I was attacked by bandits. I defeated them and found a strange gem. [40] I took the mysterious gem I found to an appraiser at the city of Yew. [41] I returned the Gem to its owner and received Gnome's Compassion in return. [42] I unsealed the gate to the Earth Temple [43] Once in the back of the Temple, I encountered a powerful monster. [44] The gate guards will not let me through the border [45] I enlisted Jimbo's help to get past the guards. [46] Jimbo scared the guards away and I can get through now. [47] I crossed the border into this strange new land. [48] I met the Temple Guardian Elanzo and he told me of thieves that stole the key to the Temple of Light. [50] I went to the Thief Hideout and the leader denied knowledge of it. [51] I found the secret hideout in the Forest of the Dead. [52] I took the key to the Light Temple and unsealed it. [53] I found my way to the pillar but it was guarded by strange statues. [54] I solved the riddle of the statues. [55] I defeated the guardian, Light Gazer, and lit the pillar. [56] The Paladin Captain holds the key to the darkness temple and asks that I defeat the Dark Knights. [70]
